How do your Member benefits work?
How do I claim the $30 reabte on my TBA membership increase?
To claim your $30 rebate, simply provide your TBA Membership information during your sign up before Feb 28th and we will automatically rebate it to your bank account on or after March 1st.
How do the 20 free bowling Games work?
The membership includes 20 free games that are standard games, not practice games. These can be shared with friends or family, and used at anytime. Bringing yourself and 3 friends for one game each will use 4 of your 20 games.
How can i access the practice games package
After joining, you can access the special members-only package of 12 practice games for just $85 in-store only. You must provide you membership details and the games will be added to your account.
What is the Wyncity Membership Tournament?
The Wyncity Membership Tournament is an exclusive event for members that will be held later in the year, featuring a cash fund and prizes.
What are the gifts throughout the year?
You will periodically receive free games and other gifts from Wyncity for being a member – these will be automatically added to your card. You’ll be notified via email when these have been added.
What is Replai Access and how do I use it?
Replai is a feature that allows you to review and analyse your bowling performance. As a member, you’ll receive a code for one free month of Replai Access. This will be emailed to you at a later date. To use Replai, follow the prompts by your lane.
How long is the membership valid?
The Wyncity membership is valid from purchase until December 31st, 2026, giving you a year of benefits and exclusive offers.
Can I share my membership benefits with others?
While the membership itself is non-transferable, the 20 free games included can be shared with anyone, allowing you to enjoy bowling with friends and family.
When will i receive my merch pack?
The merch packs are expected to arrive in early March – you will be contacted once your pack is ready for collection!
